Job Description

Do you have at least 2 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator? If so, join this company who partners with major retailers to launch new stores, upgrade systems, and roll out cutting-edge digital tools. We're seeking a Project Manager who can drive seamless deployments and deliver exceptional client experiences

Details:

  • Pay range: $65K - $80K/yr. ($31-$38/hr) depending on experience level
  • Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
  • Location: 100% in office in Chanhassen, MN
  • Type: Contract role (Feb. - Nov.) - benefits are available during contract period

Job Duties:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and milestone delivery.
  • Produce clear, client-ready documentation such as SOWs, project guides, and timelines.
  • Build structured project plans and workflows that drive alignment and timely execution.
  • Create and implement project processes and SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify risks early, communicate impacts, and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs that align goals, expectations, and stakeholder responsibilities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and transparent updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain project alignment.
  • Manage project financials-budgets, vendor coordination, P&L tracking, and monthly invoicing.
  • Lead project meetings, track progress, and conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in project planning, implementation and management and collaboration with organizational partners.
  • Excellent time, project management and related organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Superior ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, adjust to changing workflow and workload accordingly.
  • Must be highly motivated and versatile, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, exercise discretion, demonstrate sound judgment, participate as an effective team member, and follow projects through to completion.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form) clearly and concisely
  • Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations.
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
